I've received a report that COVAD had several switch problems affecting their DSL service across the country dating back to April 5. At least three multi-hour outages have happened. I tried contacting COVAD, but was directed to call my local ISP. Mail to noc@covad.net bounced as undeliverable. Is anyone aware what is happening. Is it a switch problem, operation, or something else.
In the east, NY specifically, they had a multitude of problems, that in a period of four days, we had an outage for more than 48 hours cume. One problem was 'AT&T related'.
