Several telecommunication companies in the Mediterrian/Middle East affected by the FLAG/FALCON/SAE-ME-WE-4 cable problems are reporting the submarine cables have been repaired and are back in service. Countries can now resume their normal, mandatory monitoring of traffic at various cable landing stations. http://www.dotindia.com/isp/landing_station.doc The cost of the monitoring equipment including its commissioning shall be borne by the licensee.
