Bill, I agree that we would not be able to co-opt the ISoc meeting to be specifically North America focused. I also agree, of course, that NANOG, EOF, and the IEPG are distinct groups with distinct charters. I do not advocate any merger. But I *do* believe that it would be in the best interests of NANOG (and IEPG) for us to take advantage of this opportunity. -- Guy
