I can access it fine. Although, I do see that AT&T (AS7018) from Philadelphia to WDC is a little congested for me. Regards, Edward A. Thanks for everyone's help. I am going to assume it is a problem on my side. I used the looking glasses of our various upstreams all successfully, but when we route out any of those upstreams the trace dies outside of our network taking the same path as the looking glass. The weird thing is that the problem seemed to happen at the same time our various blackberry devices lost access to blackberry.com as well (they don't use our network). -Matt On Mar 18, 2008, at 4:34 PM, Mike Tancsa wrote:

Works fine for me. What does it resolve to for you ? I see it as 216.9.245.101 and can get to them via 6327,6453 and 6539
