http://www.isi.edu/div7/ra/NAPs/ is or should be defunct as the project has been over for a number of years. EP.net is keeping up with the changes (as best as it can in a passive manner) and I help when I can. --bill

www.ep.net has some data. there is a backup report that has media type, location, transit/telco providers by site.... :) I'd be happy to share data if folks find things that are not on the site. --bill
