How does a non-customer contact Verio's NOC? I can't get through their phone maze without an account number and emails bounce back because I didn't include a valid account number in the subject :| -- matthew zeier - "Curiosity is a willing, a proud, an eager confession of ignorance." - Leonard Rubenstein

Matthew, I'm not sure who you're calling but +1 888 598-3746 or +1 214 290-8545 is what we normally use. They usually pick on the first ring, not bad IMO. ---Rico On Mon, 2 Aug 2004 13:25:20 -0700, matthew zeier <mrz@velvet.org> wrote:

http://www.pch.net/inoc-dba/ should really help you in this sort of thing. If you have an AS, you can get yourself an inoc-dba phone, and as you can see there are several people from large carriers / exchange points etc - clueful people - who have inoc-dba phones. srs

or for pstn access to NOCs that are listed: http://puck.nether.net/netops/nocs.cgi normally this is useful, oddly even though the upstream for puck is verio there is no listing for verio/2914 ? Perhaps someone from Verio could add themselves? or perhaps puck's hostmaster could? :) -Chris
