According to AT&T's cable service recording, AT&T Cable Services is experiencing a national outage with their digital cable service. Since I don't have cable @Home, I can't tell if it is only affecting the video services or also the Internet service.

My @Home connections in Columbia, MD and Aliquippa, PA have been up all day.
