Colleagues: In partnership, the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) and the North American Network Operators Group (NANOG) will bring ARIN+NANOG on the Road to San Diego, CA on Tuesday, February 25, 2014. The one day event will be held at the Handerly Hotel & Resort. Morning sessions will get attendees up to speed on Internet number resource management, ARIN technical services, current policy discussions and more. Afternoon sessions will feature NANOG Tutorials on Network Security, IPv6, Traceroutes, BGB, including an update on the NANOG Best Current Operational Practice (BCOP) project. This event sounds like a lot of fun, and I look forward to attending. :) Just curious if anyone wants to participate in an informal PGP key signing activity while we're there? I'm thinking an old fashioned "everyone brings their own slips of paper" type thing, but if there is sufficient interest I wouldn't mind helping to coordinate a key ring and printed sheets ...
