The relevant parts show that Larry Sheldon is the scum-bag that posts private mail to public lists. Some have sent private email accusing me of spamming NANOG. I assure you that this is not the case. No, I didn't do BCC either. The following headers should prove that I had nothing to do with it and that I have been the victim of a prankster, named Larry Sheldon. I will consider further action after the holidays. I apologize to you all for Larry's inappropriate behavior. It wasn't me. Of course, I didn't get a NANOG copy of the re-broadcast message either. If Vladis hadn't sent me a copy of the original headers, I would never have known. -- ROELAND M.J. MEYER Managing Director Morgan Hill Software Company, Inc. Here is where it was recieved by Larry's host. Above this point was all Larry.

If you all have a problem with Larry, you can call him. Administrative Contact, Technical Contact, Billing Contact: Sheldon, Laurence F, Jr. (LS169) lsheldon@CREIGHTON.EDU Creighton University Computer Center 2500 California Plaza Omaha, NE 68178 (402) 280-2254 (FAX) (402) 280-2573 i find it funny that creighton.edu has this as their mission statement As Catholic, Creighton is dedicated to the pursuit of truth in all its forms and is guided by the living tradition of the Catholic Church. As Jesuit, Creighton participates in the tradition of the Society of Jesus which provides an integrating vision of the world that arises out of a knowledge and love of Jesus Christ. and yet they hire people like larry... o well... on the topic of port scanning... seems like there is another owned box on the net scanning everyone... 63.209.59.194 in case customers call and complain that they are being scanned... just tell them to lock down their boxes better. christian On Wed, 20 Dec 2000, Roeland Meyer wrote:
