Yes, we did. The e-mail was addressed to noc@uu.net and abuse@uu.net. We also called at 1-800-900-0241 option 2 3 1. All we got was some ticket numbers.

Has anyone ever experienced this kind of problems? We've written to UUNET Europe, and they've answered to us that it's a problem at UUNET USA. It's been almost 8 hours since they replied to us, but the problem persists.
PS: If there are any technicians from UUNET on this list, please give us a hand.
