Well... We tried the ultimate test today. I drove about 140km with a Stratacom BPX 8600 and power supply in the trunk of my 1998 New Beetle (with the back seat folded down). It was a bit hard to get it, but once in it fit quite nicely and didn't move around since it was so heavy. Now all I have to do is try a 7513... Pictures are available at: http://www.northco.net/~mzac/stratacom/ They're a bit dark, but you can see it... many of us would think of an atm switch as more appropriate for a boat than a car. rady

Many of us can spell our own names. :-) I'd have thought the _ultimate_ test would be carrying it around in a _classic_ Bettle. Cheers, -- jra -- Jay R. I squized a Cascade 500 loaded into the hatch of my Stealth and drove 672 miles. Technically since that's a 9.6 gig backplane does that qualify my car as the fastest sports car? At 6:40 PM -0000 10/6/98, Zachary McGibbon wrote:
