None of the surrounding docs or linx membership agreement make compliance with linx BCPs mandatory. However, it is socially odorous at least. They're not the first ISP to do that, and won't be the last, but I don't do business with (and often, blackhole) those that do. -george william herbert gherbert@retro.com
