Is there anyone here on the list from totalchoicehosting.com or someone that can point me to someone that may be able to troubleshoot with me. We have a very large customer base that is not able to get to some of your hosting services at this time. We can traceroute to and even ping this server in your hosting facility but can't get to the server via port 80 so there may be some filtering in place. I have sent an email via your web form to the web hosting support group twice now and have not been able to get anyone to return an email or give me a call. Your customers website whom you are hosting knows about this as well and is also waiting for someone to give him a call because he is loosing business. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
