As for our 32 Old Slip location, located in Focal (8th Fl, I think), we have power once again.
dial1.fnj> ver System uptime is 4 hours 30 minutes
At GlobalNAPs on the 4th floor at 32 Old Slip, power has been restored via generator, but all Verizon circuits in the building are down. Our point to point T1 lines are down and I am guessing that all IMT trunks into CLECs in the building are also down as a result. Our GlobalNAPs PRIs are up, but we get a fast busy dialing in. gnapsny1> sho isdn D Ports State L1 L2 Change init Up Down -- ------- ------------- ------- ----- ----- ----- 0 S0-S22 UP Active 8:06 2 2 1 1 S24-S46 UP Active 8:06 3 2 2 core1-gnapsny uptime is 8 hours, 4 minutes System returned to ROM by power-on System restarted at 07:09:24 UTC Wed Sep 12 2001

Yep, our backhauls are on VZ and showing up/down. Kind of odd because they go to 25 Broadway and only touch the Broad Street CO, which should be OK. Other T1's out of 25 Broadway are up with the exception of three customers in the financial district, one in Newark, and one in Queens. Charles
We have a man back at 32 Old Slip now. Most of our issues came from overheat. The generators are now up but utility power is still out. There is emergency lighting only. The generator ran our of fuel once and has been refilled from the building reserve but we are unsure about getting addiitonal fuel at this time. Sincerely, GLOBAL NAPS, INC. Vincent J. Bono Vice President Engineering PS FOCAL is on the 4th floor with us as well as TCG (AT&T Local). AT&T seems to have an equipment failure. -vb ----- Original Message ----- From: "Charles Sprickman" <spork@inch.com> To: "Robert Boyle" <robert@tellurian.com> Cc: <alex@nac.net>; <nanog@merit.edu>; <engineering@tellurian.net> Sent: Wednesday, September 12, 2001 12:52 PM Subject: Re: 32 Old Slip AC Outage and 60 Hudson Verizon failure
