one presumes you already tried: http://puck.nether.net/netops/nocs.cgi?ispname=sprint and I'm guessing you have a customer contact number since you appear to be a sprint customer as well... calling their NOC/customer-service-number normally gets a quicker response than list-spamming.... normally.
