I thought some here might enjoy this. ------------------------------------------ Technician arrived onsite and found no issue with the fiber connection back to the CO. Tech then attempted to reseat the SM-A card and found a gecko in the card slot. Technician removed the gecko and verified that equipment was back in service after slotting back the card. ------------------------------------------ Troubleshooting in the tropics... :-) scott
