Ref: Your note of Fri, 01 May 92 00:30:06 -0400 Folks, Here is the text from BGP-4 specs that I think is relevent to the NEXT_HOP discussion: "A BGP speaker must never advertise an address of a neighbor back to that neighbor as a NEXT_HOP, for a route that the speaker is originating.
