Heya... Just found out that Qwest had an outage in one of their NY pops (jfk?) that disrupted access out of the Boston area for about 20 minutes. The master ticket (I believe) is 566548. Does anyone know what happened? Thanks, Eric :)
I was just about to ask the same question - if you find out anything can you please summarize to the list... On May 8, 2002 Eric Gauthier spake:

Heya.... According to Qwest, the ticket master ticket for this outage is 566548 and its still open. Their NOC said that "Juniper's engineers were on-site" but that the issue was still ongoing. Having said that, our connectivity out of Boston was restored about an hours ago so the outage from our perspective lasted from about 10:20am until 10:40am. So, it looks like this isn't a case of Mr. Backhoe and Mrs. Fiber going on a date :) As soon as I hear more, I'll pass it along Once I hear more, I'll pass it along. Eric :)
