I dunno ... MS-RADIUS server, under Win2k is a barely documented PITA. I got much easier mileage using PPTP to a DC. That DC isn't doing much else, since it isn't a login domain.

Except that it is currently impractical for many sites since it requires an entirely Cisco end-to-end shop including the Cisco (or Microsoft's) RADIUS server.
