Resources regarding use of RFC 1597 addresses
I've been experimenting with 10/8 addressing on m home LAN connected to the Internet via a single static IP address. So far I've verified that it is possible to use such a scenario for a small corporate LAN which mainly needs basic WWW access and email, but I would like to find out how far I can go with this. ftp://ftp.vix.com/pub/vixie/proxynet.psf.gz describes my attempt. the code that implements this is (a) unencumbered, (b) running in production at one of my big customers, and (c) not particularly well documented or supported. serious requests for the source code would be honoured, though.

Auto proxies are really hard. This is a link library. You need OS source or you need to edit your shared libraries.
