Hello, Can anyone confirm claims from Cogent that there is an MFN fiber issue between PHL and DCA that creates 10-15% packet loss? Simple test are pointing at the Cogtent not having enough capacity between PHL and DCA. According to Cogent that issue had been happening for several days now. Alex
