basically rummage round and get you a tile with a random-sized hole in it. If you're lucky, you get a big hole in the middle. If you're not, you get one just big enough to fit your hand through (and risk the jaggies on the bottom) at some random spot on the tile. I've thought about keeping a sawzall in cabinets there just for the purpose of "customizing floor tiles" in the wee hours of the night. 8-)
I'm sure telehouse would actually not have a problem with that.
They are generally very accomodating.

Indeed. The charter is loose where it has to be, just like the constitution. And, it's worthy of note, this is a community of network operators (and that ilk)... and members of a community do not always talk about the things that make them members of that community.
From 13 years experience on Usenet, I make the humble pronouncement (shyeah! Right.) that any charter which fails to recognize this and allow for it is fundamentally flawed.
