Any Netflix folk on the list that would be able to fix a Geo-IP location lookup issue for end-user assignments in the SF Bay Area (Some of which are Netflix employees)? Your Geo-IP Lookup Helpdesk takes the matter a little too nonchalant with no sense of urgency (2-3 weeks). Any help would be appreciated, by myself (and some of your employees).
