From sometime mid-morning 3/11/93 until a few minutes ago there were problems reaching the NOC number, 313-763-3448, due to IXC routing problems. These problems also affected 800-9NSFNOC, which forwards to it, until mid-afternoon when the 800 number was rerouted.
