Equinix MLPE max-prefix 0?

It seem overnight equinix set the mlpe router server max prefix value to 0 for their 24115 ASN. This is the ASN used for all router server sessions https://www.peeringdb.com/net/3658 I’m not clear on why an IX would do this… anyone?
