BellSouth is advertising 209.152.54.0/23, which is part of 209.152.32.0/19 owned by someone else who isn't a BellSouth customer. If anyone from BellSouth is listening, can you please make this stop? Or if you have a working contact at BellSouth please let me know. The number for their NOC listed at http://puck.nether.net/netops/ is not working and emails and phone calls to all of the contacts listed in their ARIN entries have gone unanswered.
Check the RADB (BELLSOUTH-NET). It has up-to-date contact info for BellSouth.
