40G/100G options at this time

Hi. Are there solutions already available implementing 40GBASE-LR4, 100GBASE-LR4 and 100GBASE-ER4 draft standards ? By solutions it means both switches with CFP-MSA/QSFP/CXP ports and the modules. Rubens
