Which one of you guys took down the world? We have separate carriers for internet, ATM, and Phone
Whenever you get simultaneous outages for multiple telecom services at the same time it's almost always due to a local issue like a major cable cut or a central office fire. Sounds like a SONET ring that was either unprotected or both legs cut. After 10 minutes someone manually rerouted the circuits. --Michael Dillon P.S. Larry, what do you think? Leading by example?
