Doesn’t this presume the redeployed addresses would be allocated via a market rather than via the RIRs? If so, who would receive the money?
There will be no future free-for-all that burns through 300 million IPv4 addresses in 4 months.
I suspect you underestimate the global demand and may not fully understand the rationale for address acquisition. Regards, -drc
