It's R-O-G-U-E - rogue.
Rouge is French for red and English for red make-up.
Also the name of the Ford assembly plant at which the Monday night social was held. I blame the repeated repetition of the plant name throughout the night for planting it so thoroughly in our collective subconscious. ;)
