No. The address delegated to customers (the /48s) would be PA addresses: you would be the Provider, and the addresses would be Aggregatable by your /32 (or whatever). That /32 (or whatever) would be Provider Independent (PI), and you would never need to renumber regardless of how many times you yourself changed providers. Joe
