That presentation wasn't much on AS number migration, I'm afraid. I haven't heard of any Presentation on this, recently - may be a good topic for the next NANOG, if someone is up to it. Juniper has a cool "local-as" feature that enables a sort of AS number spoofing. This should make an AS transition easy.
