As per IPv6 prefixes announced by AS9583 via bgp.he.net - http://bgp.he.net/AS9583#_prefixes6 we can see multiple /64s.
The question is why their upstreams are accepting /64? It shouldn't be at all otherwise just imagine how many /64s you have to deal with once IPv6 is in full swing. Regards, Aftab A. Siddiqui
