Verizon OC12 outage in Dallas, TX

I don't know whether this is bigger or smaller, but Savvis seems to suggest there are 11 other DS3's involved in an outage that took us out around 11am. Anyone else have details? Verizon supposedly dispatched a tech to the Bryan St. pop.
