Morgan, Fixed Orbit is broken, I doubt it has ever worked and I wouldn't use it for anything meaningful. Keith O'Neill Pando Networks Morgan Miskell wrote:

The peer has been online for 5 months so I doubt that the lack of reflection is due to staleness.
I've emailed Fixed Orbit but received no response.
