I don't want to hear an answer from ARIN, I would like feedback from actual customers of ARIN.
We just went through the ringer on it again, and I think ARIN does a pretty good job. All the questions they're asking are pretty standard and they're trying to adhere to, uh, RFC2050(?) in a pretty tight way.
