to be fair, this means EITHER one which does not DMARC mark messages OR one which disrespects DMARC. Right?
One which does not publish DMARC p=reject. If any recipient honors published DMARC records then every participant using a domain that publishes DMARC p=reject will break things. If your domain publishes p=reject it should not have any users that participate in mailing lists. Cheers, Steve
