AS 517 is University of Karlsruhe, Germany.
it is now XLINK (a spin-off from the Univercity of Karlsruhe, Germany), now belonging to BULL.
The net 145.225.0.0 is LINDE from Mainz, Germany. I dont know what this has to do with ANS. The Announcement at MAE-EAST seems to be ok.. I dont think that this NET should be announced by ANS :-)
