Most of that is at the behest of the content providers, like Disney. Want to carry Disney Movies? You have to carry ESPN-U in the same package. So... now those very same content providers are trying to cut out the middle-man of the linear TV (cable, sat, IPTV) providers, and recreate the same bundling. -- Chris Adams <cma@cmadams.net>
