One might suspect that the change of plans was due to the impact of operational reality. I would expect some small amount of sympathy from those on this list for those types of events.
So send out another email. "Hey people, something came up and we couldn't get started on schedule. We've rescheduled the test to begin at 16:00 UTC, June 20."
