The new format will be the UTC time at the moment of zone generation encoded as the number of seconds since the UNIX epoch. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
... and not as YYYYMMDDHHMMSS or any contracted version thereof! -- Richard
