Tracerouting to 118.172.248.120 for example through their network is impossible, but many other blocks are affected as well. Yes they are, seems to be a regional problem that started ~9:42Z.
We just had to deactivate our sessions with them in Seattle due to this, but San Jose / Dublin / Toronto are fine M.
