      I probably should have been more clear. We're an ILEC in West-Central Illinois having trouble
originating 800-number calls to CIC 288 (AT&T).

Our Central Office has been going around in circles trying to open a
trouble with AT&T regarding the inability to make outbound 800 number
calls. Anyone have a good number we can use?
