Either way. Nothing you can do in the network will help Sony enable IPv6 capability, Or to serve their users even if using a technology that they do not like.

IIRC, someone here said the issue wasn't so much PS4 (which runs FreeBSD-9.0), but the PSN back-end.
I can believe this, as Sony TV I bought back in 2015 had IPv6 support, on their own embedded OS.
