How about INOC-DBA, which is supposed to have a clue threshold you obtained an ASN by some means in order to have a dial-by-asn phone.

Obtaining an ASN isn't much of a clue threshold.

However, obtaining an ASN is a volume threshold which is far more important to the people on the receiving end of the communications. --Michael Dillon
