Yes, there was an interview with a survivor from the 82nd floor (not sure which tower, but that should be above the impact point in both) who said they and everyone on their floor made it out. Also, at least one of the people pulled out of the rubble alive was above the impact point when it collapsed.
both towers are 110 stories... The north tower impact was above the 90th floor. the south tower appears to be around 70 or lower...
