Heck just having a real, complete list of supported features on the model support page on their website would be an improvement...
My experience is that the room of folk that prefer to run their own CPE is far less full than the ones who don't. So outside of some power users (who probably run a network of some kind), this isn't going to be a huge problem. Mark.
