Looking for a new ISP in London England

Hello, One of our current ISPs is already overpriced, and expects roughly $4000 for a simple BGP configuration, and an additional $350 monthly to maintain BGP. Our other ISPs handle BGP at no additional cost. Please email recommendations off-list. Thanks -Lee
