A few not mentioned so far: CaribNOG - http://www.caribnog.org/ NZNOG - http://www.nznog.org/ LacNOG - http://www.lacnog.org/ There were a couple attempts at Nordic, Scandinavian and Northern European NOGs, which are now defunct, to the best of my knowledge...
