Operational issue - mae-east

I'm seeing 50%+ loss rates to the majority of my peers at mae-east. currently (15:00 EDT, 12:00 PDT). The sessions are not flapping, yet, but very high loss... Anyone else see this? Dave Rand -- Dave Rand dlr@bungi.com http://www.bungi.com
